A team of 3 Family Workers work across Wandsworth to support families with children aged 0-19 years who have disability, additional or complex needs.

Parents and Carers receive advice as needed, led by them.

Our support includes:
Emotional support, meeting other families at Events, Workshops and Coffee Mornings
Signposting, joint working, and referring to local services
Advice on financial support and help applying for resources
