We were delighted to welcome Neil Munro, and members of his family, to join Stephen Hammond MP to officially open the playground and unveil a new sign in memory of Neil’s wife Kirsten. Kirsten was a long time supporter of Linden Lodge along with Neil, who is a former Chair of Governors. Kirsten was a much loved regular visitor to our classes and supported reading with the children and young people. 

Also named on the new sign are the many supporters and grant awarding organisations who donated the funds to pay for our new playground.  We were able to thank many of them in person at this week’s event but would also like to say a huge thank you again to everyone involved. The Linden Lodge Charitable Trust have supported the school for many years, and we are so appreciative of everything that they do.
