We are thrilled to announce that Linden Lodge School have received Quality in Careers Standard Commitment Certificate. Linden Lodge School has “committed to work towards meeting the Quality in Careers Standard incorporating the Gatsby Benchmarks.” Our 360 compass report shows that our careers offer is well above average in most areas when compared to (mainstream) schools nationally. 

Earlier in the year we sat down with our Employability partners at Rinova who helped us to carry out an audit against each Gatsby benchmark. Our partners they were very impressed with our careers offer. They were particularly impressed that all ‘pupils take part in tailor made activities across the school year” and that we do here is truly unique and fitting for our setting.  It was great to receive recognition for our Careers Programme as what we in Linden Lodge School truly is bespoke and tailored around each young persons’ ambitions and aspirations.
