WSSS Next Steps Night - March 23rd

REACH FOR THE STARS

Come and hear from two inspiring people who have followed their dream to
become elite sports people and excelled in the sporting arena.

Tim Prendergast is an outstanding Paralympian. A middle distance runner, Tim has
represented his native New Zealand at four Paralympic Games. Tim still has a
passion for sports and found a real enjoyment in running. With only 5% normal
vision now, he still regularly competes in both open and international Paralympic
events.

Esme Adams is a National Netball player who has played competitively with the
Academy of Colleges National Netball team, playing against countries such as
Ireland, Scotland and Wales.. She grew up and went to school in Cornwall. She has
a significant hearing loss and uses cochlear implants bilaterally.

A great night for all the family to hear about these sports people's experiences and
ask questions about how to get more involved in sports. Any questions ask your
teacher or email kdixon@wandsworthsss.org.uk
