Inter-school projects

Last week Wimbledon High School held a meeting with the organisers of their school partnership programs, the students who take part and their parents.

It was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the work that is being done in partnerships and this year the Minerva Centre was able to take part and share information about its project with Wimbledon High School.

Since the beginning of the Autumn Term the Minerva students have been sharing writing and debating groups, forming a small music ensemble and one hearing impaired student has had the opportunity to share GCSE art work portfolios.

Our students love working with Wimbledon High School and some of their students fed back to parents and staff about how inspired they are by taking part in the project.

The Minerva Centre currently works with two other schools - Kings College Wimbledon and Ibstock Place.
