Wandsworth Adaptive Indoor Rowing Competition

On the 16th of November, Linden Lodge School hosted the annual Wandsworth Adaptive Indoor Rowing Competition.  We hosted students from different schools within the Wandsworth borough. Everybody was fully involved in this event; all the students were cheering to their rowers. Wandsworth development team brought seven Concept 2 rowers with adapted settles and connected them to the computers.
During every race each student had to row during 2 minutes as hard as they could to get a long distance. They also had to row in teams in a very exciting relay race which we came second out of 6 which was very impressive with the quick changeovers. Our Linden Lodge students achieved some of the best times in the overall rank. A very big well done to all our students and a massive thank you to Wandsworth organisers and all the schools involved.
