Our Projects

Some of the major projects we have supported:

Multi-sensory Centre for secondary aged pupils with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities

The Trust raised the funds to equip a state-of-the-art Interactive Sensory Environment, to the highest specification.  The Harris Multi-sensory Unit was officially opened in March 2008.
Total funds raised: £120,000

Performing Arts and Movement Development Centre

In 2009, the building of a Performing Arts Centre was proposed to house state of the art equipment for movement and creative performing arts.  After a loan was secured, money received from awarding of Specialist School Status and a major donation from Apogee, an Appeal was launched to raise £100,000 for equipment and facilities. The Apogee Centre was opened in April 2011.
Total funds raised: £100,000

Isobel Centre

In 2018 the Isobel Family Centre opened giving the families we support access to an unparalleled range of information and training. It will also allow us to offer them, for the first time, a fully accessible venue to share experiences with others facing the same challenges.
